Bathroomstrends’s offer free shipping on almost all our items and  orders over $250.00* with in the Contiguous 48 United States, all large  track shipments will be curbside delivery only. Please, make sure you  will have help available to unload the shipment.Shipping Policy

Receiving Delivery Policy

The  delivery receipt is a binding contract. By signing, you are stating the  shipment is complete and no damages inside and out, except as noted.
  By not following our rules and regulations you are becoming  responsible for all the shipping expenses following return and exchange  process.


Customer has 24 hours to report any concealed damage or shortages.  Any claim made after that time will not be honored.
 1. If it is any visible damages on a packaging box you must refuse the  delivery and make a note about damages on a delivery receipt. Please  contact our office immediately by emailing to support@listvanities.com  and replacement will be send to you shortly.

2. It is your  responsibility to inspect the conditions and quantities of your freight  prior to signing the delivery receipt. If any visible damage is found or  anything is missing you shall make a note on the delivery receipt and  must refuse the delivery.

 Things to look for first:
•       If item arrived with no Pallet             •       Shrink wrap is Torn
•       Any Dents on Box                           •       Crack on Counter Top
•       Arrived with NO Straps                    •       Wet or Dirty Box.

3.  In case the delivery company refuses to let you open the box and  inspect the item, it is your responsibility to make an appropriate note  on the delivery receipt. You must inspect vanity not later than  24 hours after delivery and let us know if vanity has any damages by  email to support@listvanities.com and provide pictures of the damages.
4.  Any exchanges or refunds would be made only after a complete return of  damaged items in the original packaging to the warehouse.
5. By signing your name without any note to damages (minor or major),  you agree on receiving the freight in apparently good condition and  exact quantities  and you are becoming responsible for all the shipping  expenses following return and exchange process.
 Because many of our  products are made of natural materials (wood, slate, marble, rock,  etc…) variances between the pictures on our web site and actual product  delivered are common. This variance in the natural color makes each item  unique and is not a justification to cancel or grounds for a return.
Custom and bulk orders of 2 or more products are non-refundable.

In-Home Delivery and Shipping Upgrades

If  you elect our *In-Home Delivery* service, your merchandise will be  delivered into the first dry, covered area of your home or garage for  the additional fee. For the pricing please, contact our customer  service. The vanity will not be unpackaged, brought up flights of stairs or to its final destination.  Need your vanity faster? Expedited it! Expedited Shipping is a separate  upgrade available for most in stock items. You will have the option to  add Expedited Shipping to your order during the checkout process or you  may contact a sales representative to have Expedited Shipping added to  your order. Please Note: White Glove Delivery upgrades are not available  and cannot be added to orders with Expedited Shipping. All orders with  Expedited Shipping are curb side deliveries only.

NOTE: About  Check Availability and Ordering. Before place the order, customer has  to determine availability. As stated previously, standard shipping is  FREE on almost all our items and orders over $250.00* with in the  Contiguous 48 United States. However, the In-Home Delivery component of  this service is provided for the majority but not all of our vanities,  depending on the manufacturer. Placing orders for delivery to Canada.

Look  for the items marked with a 'Ships to Canada' icon, and check out as  you normally would. Additional charges will be calculated in your  shopping cart. Feel free to call us at 888-490-0632 or email us with any questions you may have. Lead-Time - The average  delivery times that are posted on our website are only for orders that  are shipping within the contiguous United States. Most orders shipping  to Canada will increase transit time due to customs inspection and  further distance from the supplier distribution centers*. Please note  that we do not currently offer expedited shipping to Canadian addresses.  Estimated transit time from shipment date:

Small Parcel: 5 - 7 Business Days: Truck-Freight & White Glove: 3 - 6 Weeks

Some  of our suppliers have warehouses located in Canada. Whenever possible,  we will ship from our Canadian warehouses to cut-down on transit time to  you.

Taxes & Duties - We are a registered  non-resident importer in Canada. This allows us to simplify the  purchasing process for our Canadian customers, reduce delays at the  border, and prevent unexpected charges at the time of delivery. Taxes,  duty and brokerage fees are paid at the time of purchase for all orders  shipping to Canada. The "International Fee" that we show in the shopping  cart and throughout checkout covers the international shipping costs,  duties, and brokerage fees. We will handle all the paperwork!  Additionally, GST and, where applicable, HST will be remitted for you to  the Canadian government to further simplify your shopping experience.  We collect and remit HST for the provinces of Ontario and British  Columbia, as well as the increased HST for Nova Scotia, effective July  1, 2010. Please note select postal codes are designated as remote  locations, and may also require additional shipping fees.

Returns - Unless otherwise noted, we accept returns on all orders that ship to  Canada. All orders fall under our Standard Return Policy. Please note:  duties and GST will be refunded, however, all actual shipping costs and  brokerage fees are non-refundable.
